Working Time (9AM to 6 PM)
Working Days (Monday to Saturday)
Qualification:- B.TECH/B.ENG./DIPLOMA TECHNICAL
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and select vendors/suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Raise purchase orders and ensure timely approval and processing.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize costs.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse for requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up with suppliers on pending orders.
Maintain and update supplier databases and purchase records.
Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and invoice processing.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and ensure competitive sourcing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, electrical or related field.
2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchase (freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of market trends and procurement best practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
