We are looking for a

Purchase Executive

with relevant experience

strictly from the Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry

.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement of raw materials, chemicals, solvents, packaging materials, and consumables Vendor identification, evaluation, and negotiation for cost-effective purchasing Raising Purchase Orders (POs) and ensuring timely material delivery Coordination with production, QA, stores, and accounts departments Monitoring inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock Ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies Handling documentation related to purchase, GRN, invoices, and vendor records Follow-up with suppliers for delivery schedules and payment issues Knowledge of GST, basic import/export procedures is an added advantage

Candidate Profile:

Experience

only from Chemical / Pharma Industry

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Good communication and coordination abilities Proficient in ERP / SAP / Excel Detail-oriented and well-organized
