Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing and Procurement:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure goods and services at the best price and quality.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and adherence to quality standards.
Operations Management:
Coordinate daily operational activities and resolve issues to ensure business continuity.
Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Maintain and update operational records and reports.
Support cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
Cost Optimization:
Analyze purchasing patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement and operational expenses.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports on procurement and operational performance for management review.
