: Purchase Executive - Commercial Interior Fit-Out

Experience Required:

2-5 years (Interior Fit-Out industry preferred)

Source and procure materials such as lighting, furniture, flooring, glass, gypsum, hardware, and other interior items. Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) based on project requirements. Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate contracts, and finalize pricing and payment terms. Monitor and track material deliveries to project sites in coordination with the project team. Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and vendor databases. Work closely with the design and project management teams to understand material specifications. Ensure compliance with quality standards, lead times, and budget constraints. Resolve supply issues, including delays, shortages, or quality concerns. Maintain regular communication with vendors and contractors to build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

Education:B.tech Civil/Diploma in Civil/Interior design
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Familiarity with interior fit-out materials, vendors, and market trends.

Proficiency in MS Excel

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
