Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Purchasing Executive

to join our

UK-based company

.
The role requires hands-on expertise in

ERP systems (Robosol - Dynamics 365)

, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage both direct and indirect purchasing.
Candidates with prior

E-commerce B2B procurement experience

will be preferred.
The selected candidate will be responsible for vendor sourcing, procurement planning, cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with company and quality standards.

Shift Timing:

1:30 PM - 9:30 PM (IST)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement of direct and indirect goods and services while ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts. Utilize

ERP (Robosol - Dynamics 365)

for purchase order creation, inventory tracking, and supplier management. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. Track market trends, assess procurement risks, and implement cost-saving strategies. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, regulatory standards, and Incoterms. Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing activities with organizational goals.

Key Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management. Hands-on experience with

ERP systems (Robosol - Dynamics 365)

. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Solid experience in

direct and indirect purchasing

. Prior experience in

E-commerce B2B procurement (preferred)

. Advanced knowledge of

MS Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
