Purchase executive:

Sourcing and Supplier Management:

Purchase executives identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and establish relationships to ensure a consistent supply of materials or products. They often negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.

Purchase Orders:

They create and manage purchase orders, which are formal documents outlining the details of the products or services to be procured. These documents are used to track orders and facilitate the purchasing process.

3.

Budget Management:

Purchase executives work within allocated budgets, ensuring that procurement activities are cost-effective and in line with the company's financial goals.

Qualification:

B.Tech in Civil Engineer or Bachelor in any Stream

Exp:

5-10 yrs exp in Real Estate
