Hiring for Purchase Executive

(Sapco Bitumen/Mohit Carriers/Consultivo Simsoft/Nityanta Vanijya)

Location:

Head Office - Kolkata
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 P M

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the bitumen, petroleum, or construction sector.

Knowledge of road construction materials and specifications (VG grades, PMB, Emulsions).

Ability to travel to supplier sites and project locations when required.

Good understanding of incoterms, taxes (GST, etc.), and logistics.

Purchase Order Management

Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders. Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project timelines.

Inventory Coordination

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.

Vendor Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Monitor vendor performance, quality, and compliance.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and price lists.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and import/export rules (if applicable).

Cost Optimization

Analyze price trends, market conditions, and transportation costs to identify savings opportunities.
