JD: Purchase Executive (Experience Required)

We are looking for an

experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive

to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate should have technical understanding, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage vendors efficiently while ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers Review technical specifications to procure accurate materials/products Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules Track vendor performance on quality, cost, and delivery timelines Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation Conduct market research and analyze cost-effective alternatives Coordinate with internal teams: production, quality, logistics, and finance Address any procurement issues such as delays or material discrepancies Prepare MIS reports and comparative statements for management

Requirements

Education: Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) preferred Fresher to 1 year of experience in procurement or purchase department. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Good Knowledge of MS Excel, EPR systems, and purchase processes. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
