Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement purchasing strategies for FMCG products.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards.
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/operations to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and build new supplier networks.
Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in line with company policies.
Track market trends, pricing, and competitor procurement strategies.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards in procurement.
Prepare reports on purchase activities, cost analysis, and vendor performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in procurement/purchase management, preferably in FMCG sector.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement software.
Ability to manage multiple suppliers and work under deadlines.
Strong market knowledge of FMCG products and suppliers.
