Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage the procurement of electrical components, UPS systems, batteries, and related materials. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating prices, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors for electrical and power backup equipment.

Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for order confirmations and dispatch.

Coordinate with stores, technical, and accounts teams for inventory and billing requirements.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.

Track and ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid delays in projects or service.

Maintain relationships with key suppliers for consistent supply and support.

Handle documentation related to purchase and procurement process.

Support internal audit requirements and maintain purchase-related compliance records.

Key Requirements:

Graduate (preferably in commerce, supply chain, or business field).

1-2 years of experience in a purchase or procurement role (preferably in a technical or electrical product-based company).

Knowledge of UPS, batteries, stabilizers, and electrical items preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic ERP software.

Strong negotiation, documentation, and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle multiple purchase requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
