Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials and mechanical and electrical components. Place orders and monitor delivery schedules to meet production timelines. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve cost-effective purchases. Conduct cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and budget adherence. Address any quality issues with suppliers and seek solutions. Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure materials meet company standards and specifications. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and inventory status.
Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

Previous 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, ideally within the manufacturing or construction industry.

Negotiation Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively deal with suppliers.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, assess supplier performance, and make informed decisions.

Attention to Detail:

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple suppliers and orders simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
