Purchase Executive

Educational Qualifications:

B Com/M Com/MBA

Work Experience: min. 02-04 years.

Accounts Knowledge will be preferred.

Candidates from Pharma/Medical Industries will be preferred.

Key Role&Responsibilties:

Research potential vendors.

Compare and evaluate and prepare comparative statement from suppliers.

Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Review quality of purchased products.

Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Experience in the stores management activities such as receipt and issue posting of the stores materials in the Stock ledger.

Should be well versed with MS Office (Excel/Word) and knowledge of email &internet.

Candidate must be having good communication skills

Maintain good interaction with the vendors/Suppliers.
