Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, source, and purchase materials required for ongoing interior projects.
Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate best pricing, quality, and timelines.
Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
Coordinate with site engineers, designers, and project managers for material requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation, bills, GRNs, and purchase records.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
Conduct market research for new vendors and updated material pricing.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in interior design / modular interiors / construction procurement.
Strong knowledge of interior materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, electrical, plumbing, etc.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, purchase tracking, and documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project requirements.
Only Male candidates preferred.
