Key Responsibilities



Sourcing and Supplier Management

: Identify potential suppliers through market research, industry events, and professional networks. Evaluate supplier capabilities and maintain strong relationships to ensure reliable supply chains.

Negotiation

: Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Purchase Order Management

: Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational procedures. Track orders and manage deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.

Inventory Management

: Collaborate with inventory control teams to maintain optimal stock levels, analyze demand patterns, and forecast future needs.

Cost Analysis and Budget Management

: Develop and manage procurement budgets, track spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

: Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards. Address any supplier disputes or quality issues promptly.
