Analyze spending patterns and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies.
Record-keeping and compliance:
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure all activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Quality assurance:
Test product quality based on procurement requirements and quality assurance standards.
Required qualifications
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is often required.
Experience:
Proven experience in a procurement, purchasing, or similar role is typically necessary.
Skills:
