Supplier management:
Source new vendors, evaluate existing ones based on price, quality, and delivery, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
Procurement operations:
Create and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve issues with orders or shipments.
Inventory management:
Monitor stock levels, forecast material needs, and ensure adequate inventory to avoid stockouts.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments to understand their needs and coordinate procurement activities with business objectives.
Record keeping:
Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, invoices, and supplier performance.
Reporting:
Prepare reports on purchasing activities and expenditures. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
Skill :
