Key Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.
Compare quotations, evaluate vendors, and ensure procurement is done at the best cost without compromising quality.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors to understand and fulfill material requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase records, invoices, GRNs, and vendor data.
Track inventory levels to avoid material shortages or excess stock at project sites.
Ensure materials comply with quality and safety standards.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers for reliable supply chains and better terms.
Monitor market trends and update management on material price fluctuations.
Follow up on pending orders and resolve any supply or billing issues.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
