Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, consumables, and services as per organisational requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors; negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and maintain procurement documentation.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Coordinate with Stores, Finance, and Department Heads for smooth procurement operations.
Maintain vendor records, procurement reports, and support audit requirements.
