Knowing the requirements from factory for production.
Sending enquiries to the suppliers and collecting the quotations.
Check for the market prices for required material.
Reasonable Negotiating for the Rates of Materials to Purchase.
Making analysis to make a view on received prices.
Decision making for the purchases on the best part.
Preparing Purchase Orders and follow-up.
Following-up with suppliers and transporters until the material reached to the factory.
Sourcing and development of Vendors and domestic Transporters
Clearing an issues of logistics in immediate care.
Checking and maintaining the status of Stocks in Stores.
Maintaining MIS and Sourcing for the Suppliers and Raw Materials.
Preparing payments for suppliers and transporters.
