Supplier management: Source, evaluate, and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
Procurement and orders: Create and manage purchase orders and requisitions. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and handle any discrepancies.
Inventory and stock: Monitor stock levels and forecast material requirements to prevent stockouts and optimize inventory turnover.
Cost analysis and reporting: Track purchasing budgets, analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare reports on procurement activities.
Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand their procurement needs and align purchasing strategies with business objectives.

Required qualifications
