basic knowledge of pumps, pump spares, cyclones, rubber linings, castings, fabrication materials, and industrial consumables

JOB ROLE

Source mechanical spares, pump components, rubber parts, casting parts & consumables. Collect quotations, compare rates, negotiate & finalize purchase orders. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery. Maintain purchase records, vendor list & inward tracking sheets. Coordinate with Store, Production, R&D & Accounts departments for daily requirements. Ensure quality, quantity & supplier compliance. Maintain price lists, supplier evaluation & material availability planning.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong knowledge of purchase operations.

Understanding of pump parts, cyclone parts, mechanical spares, rubber parts is an added advantage.

Zoho Purchase / Zoho Books knowledge - advantage.

Good negotiation & communication skills. Good in MS Excel, documentation & vendor management.

ELIGIBILITY

Any Degree / Diploma BE Mechanical / related fields also acceptable

2+ years experience

in purchase (manufacturing/engineering preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
