What do we need? (Requirements):

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in purchase and vendor development, preferably in a manufacturing and production industries Should be experienced in complete manufacturing sector for direct materials primarily (Sheet Metal, Plastic, rubber is a plus) More knowledge in sourcing strategies, vendor evaluation and negotiation techniques. Strong analytical skills to assess vendor capabilities, pricing structures and product quality. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Experience in ERP software's to release the PO, Inventory management and vendor management Ability to travel domestically on a daily basis Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identify and resolve sourcing related issues.
What will you do? (Responsibilities):

Supplier follow up, MC estimation and Meeting the OTD Travel to Vendor place for evaluation and selection Contract negotiation and management Asses, Manage and Mitigate the risks related to procurement Continuous improvement

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
