Diploma or certification in Procurement or Materials Management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, or SAP MM module)
2. Experience
Mid-level:
2-5 years of experience in
procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
Working in facilities management field is preferrable
3. Technical Skills
Knowledge of
procurement processes
(RFQ, PO creation, vendor selection, etc.)
Experience using Tally ERP, or Inventory software
Strong
MS Excel
skills
Understanding of
inventory control
and
material planning
Basic knowledge of
taxation, GST, and invoice verification
4. Key Responsibilities (Expected in the Role)
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services.
Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery.
Track purchase costs and support cost reduction initiatives.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores or production teams.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Assist in audits and documentation related to procurement.
Maintain Stores for inventory management
Arrange delivery through company vehicle to various sites
