Job Overview

Homegenie Building Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a

Purchase Executive

to manage end-to-end procurement operations for our manufacturing plants. This position will handle sourcing, vendor management, cost control, and ensuring the timely availability of materials to support smooth production and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, hardware, and indirect purchases for factories and projects. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers/vendors. Issue purchase orders and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Coordinate with stores, production, and planning teams to ensure timely material availability. Track and monitor purchase budgets, lead times, and material costs for cost control. Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems (PO logs, GRNs, vendor details).

Candidate Profile

Education:

BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

1 to 3 years in purchase, Vendor development, Sourcing (preferably in manufacturing)

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor development Excellent negotiation skills, PO management, and supplier communication Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience & designation) ESI & PF contributions Medical Insurance and Personal Accident Coverage Travel Reimbursement (if applicable) Annual performance-based increments
