WfX software
for effective purchase and inventory tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
purchase activities
for woven garment production.
Identify and develop
suppliers and vendors
for trims, accessories, and packaging materials.
Handle
purchase of labels, tags, stickers, buttons, zippers, threads, polybags, cartons
, etc.
Prepare and issue
Purchase Orders (POs)
through
WfX software
and maintain accurate records.
Ensure timely
delivery of materials
as per production schedules and quality standards.
Coordinate with the
merchandising, stores, and production departments
for material requirements.
Evaluate supplier performance in terms of
cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate with vendors for
better pricing and lead time optimization.
Maintain up-to-date records of
inventory levels, stock in/out, and consumption details.
Support internal
audit and compliance
processes related to purchases.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Diploma (preferably in Textile or Supply Chain Management).
Experience:
2-5 years in
garment industry (woven sector)
purchase department.
Software Skills:
Must have
WfX software
knowledge.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of
labels, tags, trims, packaging materials
, and garment components.
Communication:
Good coordination and negotiation skills with vendors and internal teams.
Other Skills:
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple purchase orders efficiently.
