Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors
Source and procure industrial spares, equipment, and consumables
Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements
Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Track purchase orders and follow up for on-time delivery
