Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with 1-3 years of experience in construction-related material procurement. The ideal candidate should possess strong vendor coordination skills and sound knowledge of construction materials. Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement of construction materials based on project needs. Identify reliable vendors and negotiate price, delivery, and terms. Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely supply to sites. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data. Ensure quality and compliance of procured items as per specifications.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in purchasing materials specific to the construction industry. Good understanding of building materials and their specifications. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Hindi-speaking ability is an added advantage.
