Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented

Purchase Executive

with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or food processing industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor management, sourcing, and inventory coordination to ensure timely availability of materials required for production and packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure raw materials, packing materials, and consumables as per production and inventory requirements. Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate for quality materials at competitive rates. Generate and process purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials. Maintain and update procurement records including supplier database, price lists, and purchase logs. Coordinate with production, stores, and quality departments to align material procurement with business needs. Monitor stock levels and forecast future procurement needs. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in all purchases. Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in a purchasing role, preferably in FMCG or food processing industry. Familiarity with procurement of materials like packaging components, raw materials, and ingredients. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
