Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Purchase Executive

to manage procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials and products. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills and an understanding of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management

- Source, evaluate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services.

Supplier Negotiation

- Develop relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for the best pricing and terms.

Purchase Order Processing

- Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies.
?

Inventory Coordination

- Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
?

Market Research

- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving and quality improvement opportunities.
?

Cost Control & Budgeting

- Monitor purchase budgets and optimize procurement costs.
?

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and compliance with company policies.
?

Logistics Coordination

- Ensure timely delivery of materials by coordinating with suppliers and transporters.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
