Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and project timelines.
Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors for construction materials, machinery, and services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and finance team to forecast material requirements.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid project delays due to material shortages.
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
Resolve supply chain issues and disputes with vendors promptly.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and pricing.
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and legal standards.
