Job Title: Purchase Executive
Location: Sachin, Surat
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years (in purchase of engineering/industrial items)
Key Responsibilities:

• Procure engineering, mechanical, electrical, and fabrication materials.
• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate prices, quality, and delivery terms with vendors.
• Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams for material requirements.
• Maintain purchase records, supplier database, and documentation.
• Track inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.
• Handle supplier follow-ups, delays, and discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and standards.

? Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase of engineering/industrial items.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, cost control, and negotiation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
