Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Purchase Executive

to manage procurement activities, & Documentation, Costing, vendor coordination, and cost-effective purchasing. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to ensure timely availability of materials as per organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute purchase activities as per company requirements

Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials/products

Coordinate with stores, production, sales, and accounts departments

Maintain accurate purchase records, documentation, and MIS reports

Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Handle vendor performance reviews and resolve supply issues

Track market trends and price fluctuations for better purchasing decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of experience

as a Purchase Executive. Graduate / Post-Graduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, or any related field Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills Good Analytical Skills and Excel Good understanding in supply chain and inventory management Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

Immediate joiners will be given preference Experience in FMCG / Food / Apparel / General Retail will be an added advantage Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
