We are looking for a Purchase Executive / Store Keeper with prior hotel industry experience to manage procurement activities, inventory control, and store operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle purchase of raw materials, groceries, kitchen supplies, and other hotel requirements
Identify and coordinate with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery
Maintain proper stock records, GRN, issue registers, and inventory reports
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory to avoid shortages or wastage
Coordinate with kitchen and operations team for daily requirements
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO practices
Verify invoices and support accounts team for bill processing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel purchasing or store keeping is mandatory
Knowledge of hotel inventory systems and vendor management
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, billing/inventory software preferred)
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
