Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, review, and manage import documents such as: Purchase Orders (PO) Commercial Invoice Packing List Bill of Lading / Airway Bill Certificate of Origin Insurance documents Coordinate with overseas vendors for order confirmation, shipment schedules, and document accuracy. Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners for customs clearance. Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other statutory import regulations. Track shipments and update internal stakeholders on delivery timelines. Maintain import records, MIS reports, and documentation files (physical and digital). Handle duty calculation, HS code verification, and coordination for BOE filing. Support finance team for payment processing, LC documents, and import costing. Resolve discrepancies in documents, shortages, or damages in coordination with suppliers and logistics partners. Ensure timely closure of import files and proper record-keeping for audits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
