Position:

Purchase Executive / Sr. Purchase Executive

Required Qualification:

BE/B.Tech. - Electrical /EC - MBA

Relevant Experience :

3 to 7 years experience in Purchase Department (Preferred Solar Industries)

Skills and Competencies:

Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.

Talent in negotiations and networking.

Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software (SAP/ ERP)

Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

Experience in collecting and analysing data

Strong leadership capabilities

Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff

Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Maintain of stock for individual projects.

Getting the stocks from the projects/sites and reconciling the as per the P.O and as used at sites.

Responsibilities:

Prepare SOP for Procurement cycle

Knowledge of Import terms and foreign exchange rates of EURO & Dollars.

Managing the entire Procurement process for all our business.

Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.

Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.

Technical Procurement Lead for Electrical, Mechanical, Departments for our business units.
