Job Description

Purchase Executive B.E. Mechanicle Between 4 to 6 years Rs. 4-6 lac/annum \xc2\xb7 New Vendor Development, Sourcing, Procurement from domestic region. \xc2\xb7 All Vendor performance assessment. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for ordering of materials, supplies & follows up with all vendors to ensure the timely delivery. Maintain records of goods ordered and received. \xc2\xb7 Arranging and coordinating for quotations & samples from Companies for approvals. \xc2\xb7 Review quality of purchased products. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with warehouse/user at the time of material receipt. \xc2\xb7 Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with stores (maintenance & consumable) for proper documentation and to ensure proper storage. \xc2\xb7 Checking of all vendor bills prior to release of Payments \xc2\xb7 Liaison with CHA on day to day basis. \xc2\xb7 Must coordinate with CHA/Customs for clearing and processing shipments and documenting the same \xc2\xb7 Checking of CHA, agencies bill prior to release of Payments. \xc2\xb7 Advance licenses and export incentive claim process with DGFT. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for all types of work related to DGFT and import/export \xc2\xb7 Audit of physical movement of defective material with documents. \xc2\xb7 Track daily factory output. \xc2\xb7 Help to check difference of RM consumption. \xc2\xb7 Help to inventory audit.
