Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors.
Request quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase terms.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, quality, or pricing discrepancies.
Conduct market research to stay informed of trends and pricing changes.
Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
5-10 yrs manufacturing industry experience in Purchase
Knowledge of purchase processes and functions
. Proficient in using procurement software and tools
Strong negotiations and communication skills
Keep updated records of purchases, delivery and invoices
Monitor and manage Inventory to optimize stock levels
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant procurement software.
