Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of workers to ensure timely production as per defined schedules and deadlines
Prepare and maintain production-related documentation
Clearly explain tasks to workers and motivate them to achieve daily production targets
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering with 1-3 years of relevant experience
Experience in the handicrafts industry will be an added advantage
Must have own conveyance
Strong leadership and communication skills
