Designation: Sr. Executive - Purchase (Real Estate experienced ) Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil and MBA (Any Specialization)/ Graduate Experience: More than 3 years(in Real Estate Industry) Location: Surat, Gujarat : \xc2\xb7 Scrutinizing PR (Purchase Requisitions), Floating inquiry on mails, obtaining quotations from supplier \xc2\xb7 Preparing the comparison and submission to HOD for suggestions and approval. \xc2\xb7 Identifying and screening new suppliers, \xc2\xb7 Negotiation with suppliers for quality, cost & deliveries, Purchase order preparation. \xc2\xb7 Follow-up with suppliers for timely receipt of material. \xc2\xb7 Update the PO tracker, Scan, courier & file maintain a record. \xc2\xb7 In time material procurement \xc2\xb7 Resolving queries of purchase order Required skills: \xc2\xb7 3 years of experience in Procurement roles within the Real Estate Industry \xc2\xb7 Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills and able to work independently \xc2\xb7 Time Management \xc2\xb7 Materials Management \xc2\xb7 Vendor Development Mail Id: hr@roongtadevelopers.com Contact No.: (+91) 7567131643/8780566104 Job Type: Full-time Pay: From \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Schedule:
