Responsibilities

Candidates should have knowledge of procurement of Electronics Components from various vendors from domestic as well as international markets.
Responsible for Purchase and procurement of OEM, Industrial Engineering & Electronics Items.
Good negotiation skills with a strong supplier database.
Candidates should have experience in Import Purchase documentation knowledge.
Coordinating with the design team for day to day R&D requirements which needs to be served on priority.
Processing and tracking all R&D requirements received from the design and development team.
Planning Procurement of Import and Local Electronic Components to meet the company requirement.
Tracking handling Import Consignment custom clearance.
To communicate with suppliers regarding quality issues with the help production unit.
Monitoring supplier rejection and communication for rework or replacement.
Knowledge of plastic, rubber and glass components will be an added advantage.
Candidates should have knowledge of subcontracting process and documentation, PCB population subcontracting.
Responsible for account reconciliation.
PR Report prepares every Day.
PR converted into PO.
Daily Follow-up against Day wise Shortlist.
Daily updating of receipt against shortlist.
Good working knowledge of SAP MM module for performing day to day activities of raising PO, tracking of material movements, checking inward report.
Knowledge of ISO doc.umentation related to purchase function.
Knowledge of purchase activity domestic & Export
