Responsibilities : Research potential vendors, Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing, Track orders and ensure timely delivery, Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases, Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices, Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Skills : Fast learner and adaptable on different site conditions, Good analytical skill, problem solving & communication skill, Proactive attitude of solving problems good team spirit are required
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tool is essential
