The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities across Orane centers, ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment, and services. The role involves vendor management, negotiation, maintaining purchase records, and ensuring cost efficiency while adhering to company standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Request and compare quotations to ensure best price and quality.
Negotiate terms of contracts and delivery timelines.
Raise purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and materials.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and stock levels.
Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and documentation.
Work closely with departments (training, operations, marketing) to fulfill material requirements.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
Assist in cost analysis and budget preparation for procurement.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchase department (preferably in retail, education, or service industry)
