Job Description

Identify and evaluate suppliers for elevator components such as rails, cabins, motors, controllers, doors, cables, etc.

Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.

Maintain accurate records of material requisitions and purchase transactions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.

Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Conduct supplier evaluations based on quality, reliability, and service.

Resolve supplier issues related to delivery delays, material discrepancies, or quality concerns.

Coordinate with the Design, Projects, and Stores departments to understand material requirements and project priorities.

Track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and maintain minimum inventory levels.

Coordinate logistics for incoming materials, including transport and documentation.

Prepare and maintain procurement documentation such as POs, comparative statements, GRNs, and vendor payment follow-ups.

Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, cost controls, and statutory requirements.

Support internal and external audits with accurate data and reports.

Monitor price trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Maintain material stock levels to prevent project delays without overstocking.

Assist in developing procurement budgets and tracking monthly expenditure.

Effectively maintain relationships with all vendors.

Any other task associated with Purchase.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
