* Vacancy For Mechanical Engineer's Only.* Vacancy For Male Candidate's Only.* Vacancy for 3 & above year's of Core Experience in Purchase portfolio.* Candidate's from Navi Mumbai area will be preferred.Objectives & Job Summary : -

• Support operational requirements
• Manage the procurement process and supply base efficiently and effectively
• Develop strong relationships with other functional groups
• Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of buyers, cross-functional related staff and workers involved in purchasing materials, products, and services.
• Develop integrated purchasing strategies that support Organisational strategies, goals and objectives

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working experience on SAP is required.
• Invite quotations for purchase of consumables and tooling's
• Enter into rate contracts with all vendors
• Procure requisition for all consumables and tooling's duly approved by PPC authority
• Procure inventory of all consumables and tooling's from stores department before initiating purchase orders
• Generation of PO's
• Expedite time sensitive purchase orders to ensure critical delivery requirements are met
• Generation of GRPO's
• Follow-up with Vendor's for supply against orders and quality related issues
• Vendor Management for cost reduction and quality
• Ensure attending Daily Review Meeting
• Co-ordination in material management towards repair and rework of Vendors
• MIS towards pending orders, rejections etc
• Establish, review and maintain ISO procurement procedures. Make entries into Non-conformance system when policies and procedures are not followed
• Assistance in SAP system i.e. towards Making Relationship Map, Production entries, Generation of Excise 4/5 challan's etc

• May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency.

• Perform additional & related duties as assigned by reporting authority
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
