Eligibility: 4yrs exp in purchase ( Raw material, Capex) good in communication Job description Roles and Responsibilities

• Procurement of raw material from national and international market.
• Monitor stock level and identify purchasing needs.
• Evaluating vendor offers & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms & conditions with them.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
• Effective management of vendor database.
• ABC classification of vendors on the basis of criteria like cost, quality, timely delivery etc.
• Research & development of new vendors.
• Running programs to evaluate vendors based on the feedback from internal stake holders.
• Coordinating production department to maintain optimum inventory.
• Coordinating finance department for timely payment of bills.
• Developing reports on procurement and usage of material for top management.
• Developing reports on various programs run for vendor development for top management.
