Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Purchasing Manager with hands-on experience in

Tally ERP

to oversee procurement operations, vendor management, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards and timely delivery.

Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships Create and manage purchase orders using

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize procurement costs Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules Collaborate with finance and accounts teams for invoice processing and payment tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus Minimum 1-3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement Proficiency in

Tally ERP

for purchase order creation, inventory tracking, and vendor ledger management Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Knowledge of taxation, HSN codes, and import/export documentation is a plus Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
