Job Summary:

Microsoft Excel

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor coordination, quotation collection, order placement, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory using

Tally

and Excel. Evaluate supplier performance, price trends, and market conditions to ensure cost-effective procurement. Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal departments and external vendors. Assist in preparing reports and maintaining documentation for audits and compliance. Support in negotiation and cost control efforts to optimize budget efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience (1-3 years preferred) in a purchase or procurement role. Proficiency in

Tally ERP

and

Microsoft Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Strong written and verbal

English communication

skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling local and outstation vendors. Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
