Purchase Executive

to join our Procurement team and ensure seamless sourcing of quality materials while optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors for raw materials, packaging, and other procurement needs. Negotiate contracts and pricing to maintain cost efficiency while ensuring quality standards. Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock availability. Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Inventory) to align purchasing with production demands. Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities. Maintain vendor records, evaluate supplier performance, and explore cost-saving opportunities. Handle procurement-related documentation and reports for management review.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

2-5 years in procurement, preferably in FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.

Technical Know-How:

Knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems, and market trends.
