Job Summary

We are looking for a

Purchase Account Executive (Fresher)

to support our purchase and accounts department. The candidate will assist in procurement of marble and tiles, maintain purchase records, support vendor coordination, and help with basic accounting and inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Support

Assist in raising Purchase Orders (POs) for marble, tiles, and related materials Follow up with suppliers for material delivery Maintain vendor details and purchase records Coordinate with store/site team for material receipt

Accounts & Documentation

Enter purchase bills in accounting software (Tally / ERP) Match invoices with Purchase Orders and GRNs Maintain supplier bills and documents Assist in vendor ledger reconciliation

Inventory & Stock Support

Assist in updating stock entries Help in tracking material usage and stock levels Support physical stock verification

Compliance & Coordination

Maintain proper documentation for GST and audits Coordinate with accounts, stores, and operations teams Perform other duties assigned by senior staff
Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in

B.Com / BBA / Accounting / Finance

Basic knowledge of

accounts and purchase processes

Familiarity with

MS Excel

Willingness to learn

Tally / ERP software

Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and basic numerical skills
Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Internship or training in accounts or purchase Basic understanding of GST Knowledge of marble/tiles products is an advantage
