Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Excipients

and other specialty chemicals. We're seeking an experienced API Purchase Executive to join our procurement team and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Summary:

As an API Purchase Executive, you'll play a key role in sourcing and procuring high-quality APIs, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new API suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of APIs. Place purchase orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure accurate forecasting of API requirements. Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with suppliers. Ensure APIs meet quality and regulatory standards, including cGMP and other relevant guidelines. Collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Manage API inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and optimize inventory turnover. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, developing contingency plans as needed. Maintain accurate records of API purchases, inventory levels, and supplier performance. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize procurement processes, and improve supplier performance.

Requirements :

Strong understanding of API regulations, including cGMP and other relevant guidelines. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?42,000.00 per month
